Found love while working at Asda? We want to hear your stories of workplace romance

We’ve featured many touching personal stories from colleagues here on the Green Room and now we’re on the search for more – just in time for Valentine’s Day.

We want to know if love has been in the air at Asda! If you met your partner while working for us we’d love to hear from you – we’re excited to hear just how you met and how the romance blossomed.

We’re also keen to see any photos of the two of you and to hear any quirky or romantic stories that happened during your time together at Asda. The best stories will be featured on the Green Room – and might even appear in a national newspaper.

We’ve heard some truly romantic stories from colleagues on the Green Room over the years including this great proposal story from Asda Coleraine.

During the fundraising activity for BBC Children in Need, chilled goods colleague Mark – dressed as Pudsey bear – was fundraising as usual when he suddenly dropped to one knee and proposed to customer services colleague Maggie.

The pair had been going out for about a year and a half and Mark decided that a Pudsey proposal would be a unique way to ask Maggie to marry him – the crucial moment and the accompanying tears were captured on video.
