Upload help and advice
To upload your content to the Green Room, just follow our simple 4-step process. In step 1, you'll choose what you want to send us. Step 2 lets you tell us all about what you've uploaded. Step 3 lets you preview your content and shows you what it will look like once it's been approved and published. You can always go back and re-edit it at this point if you're not happy with it. Finally, step 4 asks you to tell us about yourself and which Asda location you are from.
Size guidelines: You can upload files of up to 512MB to the Green Room. However, when uploading from stores or depot computers, please keep uploads below 5MB. Please limit the number of files uploaded to 5 items - videos or photos - per story.
Please note that any videos you upload can only contain music that is royalty free.
