Become a Heart Runner at the London Marathon 2014
If you’d love to get involved and take part in next years London Marathon we’ve got great news as there are three places left for Asda colleagues to join over 35,000 other runners and take part in one of the most iconic running events in the world.
The event takes place on Sunday 13 April 2014 with a registration fee of £75 – to take part there is a minimum fundraising pledge of £2000.
By becoming a British Heart Foundation Heart Runner at the London Marathon you can help fight for every heartbeat. From the word go the British Heart Foundation will be on hand to provide all the support you need. When it comes to the big day, teams of cheerers will help put a spring in your step and get you across that finish line!

Why become a heart runner?
Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer. For over 50 years British Heart Foundation have pioneered research that’s transformed the lives of people living with heart and circulatory conditions. But so many people still need our help. From babies born with life-threatening heart problems, to the many Mums, Dads and Grandparents who survive a heart attack and endure the daily battles of heart failure.
