Our Change 4 Life Event. We had colleagues talking to customers about the smart swaps and current Asda promotions as well as a personal trainer handing out free exercise advice. We also advertised one of our colleagues who is running the London Marathon this year.

Our "Chosen by You" winner for November and December was The Sick Childrens Trust. This charity is run to support the families of children who are taken seriously ill and they often accomadate the families near the hospital where the sick child has been taken. In the Picture you will see Sarah and Darren Root who nominated The Sick Childrens Trust in our store. Their son Jack (pictured) stopped breathing on Christmas day 2012 and spent the next two weeks in Great Ormond street hospital. Without the support of The Sick Childrens Trust it would have meant daily train fares or petrol to and from the hospital. The Roots will be forever grateful to The Sick Childrens Trust.
