Summer Hill Primary school's around the world parade, classes each made a flag of a country and went on a walk around the neighbourhood topped off by them all singing "we are the world" The event was supported by local police, Tipton Community Assosiation and Tipton Christian Church, Mayor of Sandwell Derek Rowley also went along to see the children sing. What a fantastic example of a community pulling together, we all had a great time!!!

His family are determined to keep on fundraising for research into the prevention and treatment of this awful illness. We donated items for their funday on Saturday, they had lots of fun stalls, prizes for their raffle, tombola, cake sale & more. They raised over £500 on the day for a very important cause

Here are the Year 6 pupils from Ryders Green Primary school who came to do a bag pack to raise funds for their end of year prom. Just nine children in two hours managed to raise a whopping £330! I think the customers were impressed by the well mannered, polite and enthusiastic girls and boys. They were a real credit to their school. Well done kids and we hope you all have a fantastic prom!
