Lorraine Dixon covered for the Community Ccolleague at our recent Kwik Cricket because of holidays. Over seventy children took part, and the teams were made up with a mixture of both boys and girls. Asda supplied the snacks, and the children really enjoyed the event.

GSM for Asda Kilmarnock took part in a challenge, for all the GSMs and regional team to cycle or walk on the Isle of Arran. George opted to cycle and managed to raise £2500 to help the total raised by all the managers to a whopping £50,000 for Cash for Kids - well done guys you all should be proud of yourselves.
This group were learning the art of JUDO taught by a local and son who have represented Scotland at the games. The day was a great success with everyone, including the volunteers having a great time
The groups all participated in eight commonwealth sports, and each was given a grade. This is the children being coached by the local bowling team.
Three of our local schools were involved in the Asda event at the new athletic centre in Kilmarnock. The children were divided into groups of fourteen and each was named after a commonwealth country. As you can imagine all wanted to be Scotland and these were the lucky team members.
