Beeches Performance Ensemble received a cheque for £50 as they came 3rd on our chosen by you scheme for July/Aug period. i met up with them just after they performed on the Local Remembrance Day parade and a great performance it was! Well done guys!
We awarded PDSA £50 from our Chosen by you... Given by us Green Token scheme, they featured during May/June and were very pleased with the cheque and we were very happy to support such a good cause.
During the whole month of October we fundraised and made customers aware of Tickled Pink our Breast Cancer Campaign charity, from selling badges to pot luck games, even our colleagues supported the cause by donating and wearing Ticked Pink clothing that could be purchased from any Asda George Department. Thank you to all our customers and colleagues that donate to this brilliant cause and a huge thank you to the children that gave what they could!

Action 4 Bullying is a youth project in the North of Birmingham which works with young people most at risk of the effects of bullying. We had them is our store collecting for this great cause and they raised a huge £125.47!

Simmer Down Festival. Myself and Asda Perry Barr Colleague Debra were lucky enough to be able to work backstage with checking in the main artists! this meant we were able to meet and greet them, this was a great opportunity and we both had an amazing time. Over 12 thousand people attended making this a huge community event!
